If you have lost an animal, please complete a Lost Pet Report below. The RHS receives thousands of lost animals every year. Submitting an accurate Lost Pet Report will help us to identify your pet, should he or she be brought to the Shelter.

Lost Pet Reports are kept on file for a period of six months.  Should your pet still be missing after that time, we recommend that you submit a new report.

**Please note: Submitting a lost report is a great step in helping to locate your pet, however, we encourage you to visit the shelter at least every two days to look for your lost pet. Please ensure the information entered in the report is accurate and up to date. Lost Pet Reports are not published publically on the RHS website or social media.
