Dog Safety Training for Field Workers

Field Worker Dog Bite Prevention Program

Stay Safe. Work Confidently. Reduce Risk.

The Regina Humane Society offers engaging, real-world training designed to help workers stay safe when encountering dogs in the community.

Whether you work in delivery services, utilities, property management, healthcare, or community outreach, unexpected interactions with dogs can happen at any time. Our Field Worker Dog Bite Prevention Program equips your team with the knowledge and confidence to recognize risk, understand dog behaviour, and respond safely in the moment.

Through practical strategies, real-life scenarios, and interactive learning, participants gain the tools they need to reduce risk and make safer decisions-protecting both themselves and the animals they encounter.

Dog encounters in the workplace are unpredictable, and in many cases, bites can be prevented.

The Regina Humane Society’s Field Worker Dog Bite Prevention Program equips your team with practical, real-world strategies to recognize risk early, respond appropriately, and stay safe on the job.
