Rental Options

• Rooms can be rented separately or can be combined for a larger space.
• A single space is ideal for meetings or small workshops/classes while a larger space is ideal for seminars, training sessions, conferences, or larger gatherings.
• If two or more rooms are booked, access to the catering kitchen will be provided. The catering kitchen includes a fridge and microwave.
• The use of the P.A. system is contingent upon booking all three (3) classrooms and incurs an additional fee. Please note that RHS staff can provide basic technology support but cannot guarantee that all equipment will be compatible with all systems.
• On-site parking is not available during RHS regular business hours.

Maximum Occupancy

Our space can accommodate up to 200 people, depending on seating and other configurations. Please contact us to discuss how we can best meet your needs.

Booking Information

• Facility bookings are available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. any day of the week except for statutory holidays and after 5 p.m. the day before a statutory holiday.
• The Facility Booking Form must be received by the RHS at least 14 days in advance of the booking date.
• The total booking fee is required upon booking confirmation.
• The facilities cannot be booked for single-person use.
