Meet Ziggy Stardust! This almost-one-year-old German Shepherd mix is a fun-loving, affectionate guy with energy to spare. Ziggy absolutely loves meeting people, children and other dogs and has a wonderfully social, happy-go-lucky personality. He doesn't seem to know a stranger!

Ziggy has spent time in a foster home working on his house manners and learning that not everything is a chew toy. He's still a young dog who can get a little overstimulated, but with some structure, plenty of exercise, and a good balance of play and naps, he's showing all the makings of a wonderful family companion. He especially enjoys snuggling up with his people once he's had a chance to settle.

A playful, confident dog in the home would be a great match for Ziggy, as he loves canine company and would benefit from an older dog to help show him the ropes. If you're looking for a sweet, silly and energetic young dog to grow with, Ziggy may be your guy!
