With heavy hearts, we said goodbye to our beloved cat, Archie, who passed away after a short but courageous battle with an aggressive tumor. Though his time with us was far too short, he filled every moment with warmth, laughter, and love.

Archie was more than just a pet—he was a constant companion, a loyal friend, and a true member of our family. Always wanting to be near his people, he had a way of making every space feel warmer and more welcoming. His loud, contented purr was the soundtrack of our home, and his love for snuggles was unmatched. He had a special gift for making everyone feel loved, whether curling up beside us or greeting us with his friendly and funny personality.

Not just a friend to us, Archie was also a beloved companion to our dogs and other cat. He had a gentle, playful spirit that made him a source of comfort and joy to all who knew him. His absence leaves a deep void in our hearts, but his love and the memories he gave us will stay with us forever.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Fran Walker at Lakewood Animal Hospital for her care and expertise in diagnosing Archie’s illness, and to Dr. Melanie Roth of Calling Lakes Veterinary Hospice for her compassion and for allowing Archie to pass peacefully in the comfort of his own home. Their kindness made an unimaginable loss just a little more bearable.

Archie was deeply loved, and he will be forever missed. Rest easy, sweet boy—you will always be in our hearts.
