I spent some time in foster care, and my foster mom had raving reviews about me (I had raving reviews about her too!) She said that I was a very good boy with her two other dogs, was housetrained, great on a leash, wasn't destructive in the house, and was a very affectionate boy. It made me feel so loved when she had such nice things to say about me!
I'm a low key guy most of the time, but I LOVE to play in the yard and go active adventures too! I have to say though, I'm not a big fan of loud noises, or when people yell - so I hope my family is understanding of that. I would like to meet any kids in my future home just to make sure it's a good fit. Kids can be a bit loud and overwhelming sometimes, so I just want to be sure we both like one another! I really love being with my people, and sometimes when they leave I will bark for a while because it makes me sad, but as time goes on I will settle down. I just love human company so much!
While I will miss my foster family, and my two dog foster brothers too (who I loved playing with), I'm ready to find my forever family. I can't wait to have people to call my very own!
I require a veterinary consult because I have/had a health issue that may/may not require special care or attention in the future. I am still highly adoptable; however, RHS provides this information, and in some instances, requests you speak with an in-house veterinarian about the health issue so that you can make an informed choice about adopting me.
