Holiday Lottery Rules and Regulations

  • Must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets and win prizes
  • Tickets may only be purchased and sold within Saskatchewan
  • All lottery ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable
  • Prizes will only be awarded to the individual name printed on the ticket
  • Confirmation of identification is required before prizes are awarded
  • Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or mail
  • RHS Staff, Board Members, and family in their immediate households are not permitted to purchase tickets

The deadline for ticket purchases is November 30, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. The total number of tickets available for purchase is 30,810. The Guaranteed Prize Structure for the Holiday Lottery is $8,300 total. Early bird draw is November 15, 2024 and main prize draws take place daily throughout December. All draws take place at 4:00 p.m. at the Regina Humane Society at 4900 Parliament Avenue. All entries are placed in a draw drum and the winners are determined by random selection of entries from the drum. Entries are returned to the drum after each draw to allow equal opportunity to participate in all draws. Prize winners consent for the publication of their names per SLGA Regulations.
