Pet licenses are not transferrable between pets or owners.

If you no longer have the animal described below, wish to renew but do not have the current license number or if your license tag differs from the number on your renewal form, please contact the City of Regina at 306-777-7717.

It is your responsibility to renew your license annually and to keep your license updated when you move and/or your pet is given away, lost, stolen or deceased.

Applications and renewals for specialty licenses, such as show animals or assist dogs, cannot be purchased online. For these licenses, please visit City Hall or the Regina Humane Society.

For license renewals, please enter data exactly as shown on your Renewal Notice. LICENSE NUMBERS HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 6 DIGITS AND CONTAIN NO LETTERS OR OTHER CHARACTERS. DO NOT ENTER MICROCHIP OR TATTOO NUMBERS.
